Rugby legend Rob Howley has spoken of his devastation following the death of his sister, a former teacher at Tenby's Greenhill School.
Karen Thomas, 47, passed away suddenly at the home she shared with her mother in Bridgend last week.
The Wales attack coach and former Lions and Wales scrum-half Howley said: "My family and I are devastated by this tragedy and the difficulties of coming to terms with the loss of a loved one.
"I will always cherish fond and loving memories of my sister and remain inspired by the fortitude and determination with which she tried to cope with an awful illness."
