Local residents feel the new footpaths and footpath links on the Town Moor, Narberth, have given that area a much-needed new lease of life.

"I am delighted with such a positive response and feedback from so many in the last week," said County Councillor Wynne Evans.

"I am particularly pleased with comments from users of disability buggies. With much wider pavements and much more practical surface treatment, it is far more accessible now to cross the moor.

"Work continues for the next three weeks, while the county council continue to carry out further maintenance work in that area over the coming months."
