The theft of three rare flags from a local chip shop is being investigated by police in Tenby.

Some time overnight on Thursday, June 23, the flags were stolen from Feccis fish and chip shop in Lower Frog Street, when persons unknown are believed to have shimmied up a drainpipe to the first floor balcony and removed the three rare flags.

The three flags - one with the Union Jack crest, one a Royal Standard and the third an Owain Glyndwr banner, are of sentimental value to the owners.
