Pictured following their wedding on Friday, August 10, at St. David's Church, Prendergast, are Mr. Philip John Williams and Miss Joanne Roberts. The groom, a PE teacher at Amman Valley School, is the son of John and Hilary Williams, Ashford, Hundleton, Pembroke, while the bride, a Dragon Sport co-ordinator, is the daughter of John and Diane Roberts, of Fishguard Road, Haverfordwest. Given away by her father, the bride wore a La Sposa gown featuring ivory silk lace and tulle with crystal and glass beading to the bodice and a full skirt and matching full-length lace veil. Bridesmaids were Nicola John and Laura Robinson (bride's friends), Rebecca Williams (groom's niece), Sarah Collins (bride's cousin) and Millie Moss Wilkin (goddaughter). The bridesmaids wore rose pink A- line dresses. Best man was Matthew Robins (groom's friend), while ushers were Anthony Roberts (bride's bother), Neil James, Nick James, Phil Arnold and Simon Cole (groom's friends). The ceremony was conducted by Canon Geoffery Gwyther, while organist was Diane Martin. A wedding reception was held at Heywood Mount Hotel, Tenby. A honeymoon was spent at Nissi Beach, Cyprus, and the couple are making their home in Hundleton, Pembroke.
