The Seasiders surrendered their unbeaten start to the National League Division Four West campaign going down away to Tycroes. It was the first time that Tenby had travelled away this season and they found it hard going coming up against a strong Tycroes pack. The home team's Simon Cooper scored both tries for his side, with Dean Bromham converting both, as well as landing two drop goals and a penalty. The visitors did have something to cheer about at the end when back row forward Wyndham Williams drove over the line to touch down, but it was too little too late for the disappointed Seasiders. They have no match tomorrow because Wales play in the World Cup, but will be hoping for an improvement in form when they entertain Narberth in the Pembrokeshire Knockout Cup at Heywood Lane tonight (Friday).
