Rob Barker, a firefighter in Haverfordwest, took part in last year's Ironman competition and completed the course in 12 hours 45 minutes. He raised £1,000 for the firefighters charity and £1,350 for the RNLI. He is seen onboard Tenby's Tamar class lifeboat presenting a cheque to deputy launching authority Roy Young. Rob would like to take this opportunity to thank the Rotary Club, Haverfordwest, Mainport Engineering, Morrisons, and all the firefighters in Haverfordwest.
