Tenby’s Hotels and Restaurant Association got its knuckles rapped by Ald. C. Hayden Williams, chairman of Pembrokeshire Roads and Bridges Committee, for making misleading statements over the cost of painting yellow lines on the road.
Tenby United were looking ambitiously to the future, the annual meeting was told.

St. Mary’s Church, Tenby, was full for the first in the series of musical recitals. Performing were the Neath Male Voice Choir and the BP Llandarcy Choir.
Thieves broke into a shop at Saundersfoot Messrs. Harold Thomas, during the night, and stole £379 worth of clothing.
