Attendance at Tenby Museum in 1966 was four times what it was 20 years previously, the annual report revealed. Admission figures for 1966 rose to over 40,000. That was a rise of one-third in two years. The total of recorded attendances since 1929, when continuous recording began, had passed the half-million mark. The 1966 total was 40,788 visitors.
