Fasten your seat belts and get ready to roll - the CiTV White Knuckle Tour is going back on the road and preparing to pull into station at Wales' premier theme park for the second year running!
Following the success of last year's CiTV White Knuckle Tour, the team are gearing up for another seven-week tour of the UK's top theme parks - and will be at Oakwood Park in Pembrokeshire on Sunday July 28.
During the course of the seven road shows, presenters Stephen Mulhern and Michael Underwood will be joined by CiTV roving reporters Leah Charles, David Leon and Leigh Morrison and amongst the top chart bands will be Blue, Liberty X, Atomic Kitten, Hear'say, H & Claire, SClub Juniors, 3SL, and allSTARS. Plus this year, the highlights of each road show will form part of a brand new 25-minute seven-part series every Tuesday at 4.35pm from July 16 on CiTV.
CiTV viewers at home will get the chance to vote on which band members will take part in the 'Ride of Terror' challenge and try out the scariest ride in each park. In addition, members of the audience will be able to challenge their favourite stars in 'Battle of the Bands' or get their own back on a friend or parent in 'That'll Show 'Em'. And if you like fast food, try holding on to a jelly or ice-cream whilst riding some of the fastest roller coasters on offer - that's the challenge facing contestants on the 'Fast Food Ride'!
Martyn Fox, executive producer of CiTV, said: "This year's White Knuckle Tour has something for everyone. Anyone who comes along to the events can get involved and the CiTV presenters are really looking forward to having lots of fun with the audience."
