Pembrokeshire Macmillan chair, Pauline Davies, recently met these amazing ladies who have raised a grand total of £1,586 between them. £1,150 of the money raised for Macmillan will go to helping people in Pembrokeshire suffering with cancer and £436 will be donated to Stand Up for Cancer.

Amanda Absalom-Lowe has her own charitable organisation called Pembrokeshire Care, Share & Give and Recycles4charity. You can collect things like biscuit wrappers, Tassimo pods and foil packaging, coffee lids and packaging, used stationery, trigger heads and much more, etc  and she frequently holds charity bingo nights. All donations and funds raised are given back to the community and local charities.

Pembrokeshire Care, Share & Give donated £205 to Macmillian in memory of Macky Price, Paddy Mcqugh, David Laugharne and many loved ones we have lost. They were asked to do the bingo event for Bronwen Price and Margaret Mcqugh.

Bronwen has amazingly raised £445 by doing the Macmillan Sober for October in memory of her son Macky. Her daughter Alison Williams  courageously did the Macmillan Brave the Shave at the Services Clubs on Friday, October 21, in memory of her brother Macky and raised the staggering amount of £936.

They would all like to thank Macmillan for all their help when it was needed and thanks to everybody who supported their events, donated, sponsored and gave their time to help in every way possible to raise this amazing amount!
