STARTING tomorrow (Saturday) at the Goscar Gallery in Tenby is an exciting exhibition by Charlotte Leadbeater BA (Hons).

Charlotte Leadbeater is a fine artist, graduating from Camberwell School of Arts and Crafts, London, in 1967, and has worked with Ballet Russe since 1999.

Her interest in dance is lifelong starting with the Legat School of Ballet in Kent. She exhibits nationally and internationally and is on file with the National Gallery in London.

She exhibited at the Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg in 1999, and is invited back regularly.

She is company secretary of the Charitable Trust and has helped set up an effective artists network of dance and art workshops with Ballet Russe, including students from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. These have been featured on HTV and BBC2.

She has been involved in art education for 30 years, lecturing part-time in Swansea Institute of Higher Education and was head of art for many years in Christ College, Brecon.

She also runs the 'Friends' of Ballet Russe, organising ballet trips to Russia and setting up events to help the company.

The exhibition will run until July 30.
