Tenby’s summer carnival is just around the corner, and the town’s firefighters who organise the annual event, are asking for a head’s up on those planning to enter a float this year.

Tenby Firefighters Carnival - one of the highlights of the summer calendar for the seaside town, returns on Wednesday, August 6, with the spectacular Carnival Parade setting off at 5.15pm.

“Who’s excited? More importantly who’s entering a float? It’s free to do so. Just make sure you’re on station road at 4.45pm. All we ask is you let us know so we can prepare for the numbers and organising you into the procession,” said firefighter Rhys Thomas, ahead of the event.
