A three-week Basic Skills summer school for 10-year-olds to raise their self esteem and confidence has been taking place at Tenby Junior School. The course, which has been literacy and numeracy based, came to a conclusion on Friday. As part of their speaking and listening skills, the pupils wrote and acted out a role play based on the nursery rhyme, Little Red Riding Hood. The pupils, some of whom are in their fancy dress costumes for the play, are seen here with course co-ordinator, Wendy Latham, Sarah Davies and Jill Jones.
