Following on from the success of the joint venture with Tenby Arts Festival Fringe, the De Valence is yet again bringing the cream of Pembrokeshire bands to perform for a unique Electric Acoustic Night. Headlining the evening are Bridgend based acoustic rock band, The Blims, who have built up a loyal following of local fans and are tipped for the big time. It will be their first gig in Tenby, but they are not new to the blossoming Pembrokeshire band scene and they are very excited to be playing at such a big venue in West Wales. The unique twist to the evening is the introduction of the 'acoustic stage', which will allow smaller acts and solo artists to perform whilst the main stage is being turned round in between the large band sets. This is not a 'covers' night as all the bands perform original material with something for everyone. As well as The Blims, the line-up for the evening is Big Apple Credits, Dirty Dog, Leggo Fingers and Fred Herring on the electric stage and Gary Gary, Phoebe Osborne and EllaGuru on the acoustic stage, with more acoustic acts being added all the time. Tickets for the event on Friday, March 31, are £6. The show starts at 8 pm.
