Ysgol Bro Preseli in Cymych, Pembrokeshire has congratulated its students on their A Level and AS Level results this year.
A spokesperson for the school said: “The excellent outcomes achieved reflect the students’ hard work, commitment and perseverance, together with the unwavering support of staff and families.
“In particular, we are delighted that over 40% of all A Level grades awarded this year were A*-A or equivalent, demonstrating the high standard of academic achievement across the school.
“This year's results demonstrate the high standards of teaching and learning within the school and the dedication of our students to achieving their full potential. We are immensely proud of every individual and of the progress made across all subject areas.
“As Pembrokeshire's only fully Welsh-medium post-16 education provider, we take great pride in offering young people the opportunity to study and succeed through the medium of Welsh. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to parents, guardians and the wider community for their continued support, which has played a vital role in our students' success.

“As our young people move on to the next stage of their lives, whether in higher education, apprenticeships, employment or further training, we wish them every success. We are confident that they will continue to make valuable contributions to their communities and build upon the achievements gained at Ysgol Bro Preseli.
“Congratulations to all Year 13 and Year 12 students on their success. As they embark on the next stage of their journey, we wish them every success as they continue to embrace the Sixth Form motto, "Cofia Ddysgu Byw" (Remember to Learn to Live), and carry forward the values of "Gwreiddiau a Gorwelion" that lie at the heart of the Ysgol Bro Preseli experience,” they added.
Headteacher, Mrs Rhonwen Morris commented: "This year's results are a source of great pride for us all. They reflect the dedication, resilience and determination of our students, alongside the tireless efforts of our staff and the support of families. We are extremely proud of what has been achieved and look forward to seeing each student flourish as they embark on their next chapter."

Chair of Governors, Mr Carwyn James, said: "When Ysgol Bro Preseli was established in 2022, selecting a motto that reflected the school's vision and aspirations was of great importance.
“This year's excellent results demonstrate that the school continues to realise the spirit of 'Gwreiddiau a Gorwelion', combining a strong sense of belonging with high aspiration. The success of our students is enabling their personal horizons to be realised, and I warmly congratulate them on their achievements."
