“Being surrounded by chartered professionals at Penfro Consultancy has also provided valuable guidance and support, helping me understand professional expectations and the standards required for high quality work. This combination of work and study has strengthened my technical skills, improved my confidence, and prepared me for a future career in quantity surveying.

“In the past 12 months of my apprenticeship at Penfro Consultancy, I have been involved in a wide range of projects, giving me increased responsibility across all stages of construction. I have contributed to cost estimating, project communication, valuation assessments and more, allowing me to develop confidence and accountability in my role.
“I have also experienced increased client exposure, which has improved my communication skills and helped me understand the important values of being a Quantity Surveyor and the vital role we play throughout a project. This has also given me greater insight into the ethos that Penfro Consultancy carries and applies in its work.
Managing Director Robert Davies added:
“With an increasing workload, we felt that now would be the right time to introduce the next generation of construction professionals into the business, working with our experienced team of Chartered and Senior Quantity Surveyors.
“We have a diverse range of projects that we are involved with and will provide extensive exposure into all elements of a construction project within the property, civil engineering, commercial retail, energy and renewable sectors which will be further enhanced with the Celtic Freeport status.
