After 40 years of service, there was a find farewell to Mrs. Joan Morris head teacher of Sageston CP School who retired last week.

She will be greatly missed by pupils (past and present), staff and members of the community.

Mrs. Morris is pictured on her last day being presented with a farewell gift from the school council on behalf of the whole school.
