Pictured is the Stepaside CP School cricket team that recently took part in the area KWIK cricket tournament at Cresselly Cricket Club.

In their first game, Stepaside defeated St. Florence by 335 runs to 186 in a match played in a very sporting manner. Next, they played against Saundersfoot girls’ team and defeated them by 362 runs to 184.

This led to a deciding group game against Tenby, the winners of which would automatically progress to the county final in Haverfordwest. After a very close contest, Stepaside edged home by 12 runs in a high scoring contest.

Mr. Harries would like to congratulate the team both on the way in way they played and the way in which they behaved during the course of a very successful day.
