A recent poster competition held by the Sainsburys store in Tenby, saw plenty of colourful winning designs by local children.

Many of the schools in the area took part in the competition, with overall winner, Phoebe Greenfield, a pupil at Tenby Infants School, winning her height in Easter eggs!

Other winners chosen for their poster designs were - Kady Richards, of Tenby Infants; Saundersfoot School pupils - Molly Alison Siswick and Sam Prestwich; Manorbier School pupils - Cailyn Brown and Ellie Morgan; and Michale Davies and Tom Davies, who attend St. Florence School.

A special mention for a colourful poster also goes to Annie Mae, of Tenby Infants School.

All winners received an Easter egg each, while the winner also received a copy of Rosie Swale Pope's recent book, kindly donated by the Tenby adventurer herself.

"A big thank you from all at Sainsburys' to all the children who enteed the Easter poster competition; it was very difficult to pick the winners as they were all marvellous," said the store's PR ambassador, Lorraine Jones.
