Younger visitors to Oakwood Bowl will be able to take part in an Easter Egg Hunt over the bank holiday weekend (April 22-25).

Staff at the Canaston Bridge bowling centre have hidden 10 eggs throughout the building and every child who visits over the weekend will be given a form and invited to track them down.

All children who correctly complete the form and hand it in will receive a free chocolate egg and be entered in to a prize draw.

There will be three prizes on offer: first prize is a family ticket to Oakwood Theme Park (two adults plus two children), a ticket for up to six people to enjoy an hour's bowling and an Easter egg; second prize is a ticket for up to six people to enjoy an hour's bowling and an Easter egg; and third prize is a game of bowling for a maximum of six people and an Easter egg.

Oakwood Bowl's Emma Owen said: "We'll be running the Easter Egg Hunt throughout the Bank Holiday weekend and making the final draw for the prizes on Easter Monday.

"As well as the egg hunt and the prize draw, we have also set up some Easter-themed colouring in pages for the youngsters," she added.

Located next to Oakwood Theme Park, the Oakwood Bowl offers a variety of all-weather activities for the whole family to enjoy.

As well as classic Ten Pin Bowling, there's also a Game Zone with arcade games, pool tables and a fully licensed bar, a function room, and a snack bar to refuel the family.
