Planning applications: caravan and day room - Thorney Park Fields, Clayford Road; construction of fodder store and stable boxes, raising ground level of caravan (retrospective) - Springbank Stables, East Williamston. Objections were raised to both applications.

Planning applications approved: Holborn Farm, Pentlepoir.

Councillors reports: Arequest was made that a letter be sent to PCC to place an enforcement order on the applicants at Thorney Park Fields and a letter to the environmental department regarding the noisy generator placed on the site. Council was informed that the enforcement officer was aware of the situation and was gathering evidence. The environment department would be contacted regarding the generator.

There had been further developments in the matter of the crossing island outside the shop in Pentlepoir and this would be progressed in the near future.

The caravan club site at Woodstock, East Williamston, had caused problems with access and PCC highways would be contacted.

The speed of vehicles in Templebar Road continued to be a problem and PCC highways would be asked to review the matter urgently.
