Well known, local cottage agents, FBM Holidays, have produced their 2003 brochure even though the season has not yet finished.

Mrs. Deborah Rossiter said: "The 2002 season has been another good year for FBM Holidays, especially considering the foot and mouth crisis and petrol strikes of 2001. Our customers who now demand very high standards dictate our industry, and we have worked very closely with the Wales Tourist Board in order to achieve the highest standard the agency has ever seen. All properties for the 2003 brochure are of a minimum three-star grading."

Tim Brace, partner of FBM, commented: "The team has worked extremely hard over the past 18 months improving both the level of service and the quality product that we offer. I feel that we have a first rate holiday team for the 2003 season, and this coupled with our quality control and professional attitude towards tourism will ensure that we move from strength to strength."

Asked what he thought about the 2003 brochure, he commented: "This is the best brochure we have produced to date. I know the brochure team has worked tirelessly to achieve all the deadlines set and the standard is first class. I congratulate them for all their hard work, the superb presentation and the quality of properties portrayed in the brochure."

Brochures were mailed out to existing customers earlier this week; the remainder will be mailed to all new enquirers generated as a result of FBM Holidays' extensive national advertising campaign.

Mr. Roger Ferris, managing director of Haven Colourprint, who once again were the company responsible for printing the brochures, commented: "It is always a pleasure working with the team on their main brochure and this year has been no exception. Working closely from design concept to finished brochure with clients as demanding as the FBM group gives everyone involved a great sense of satisfaction."

Year on year, FBM Holidays manages to accommodate in the region of 21,000 visitors throughout Pembrokeshire. These visitors are a vital component in the local economy, generating an estimated revenue of approximately £4 million for the county.
