President of Narberth and Whitland Rotary Club, Rob Elward, is seen presenting the prize to Ian Evans, of Summerhill, whose duck was first past the post in a duck race at Cresselly Quay. The race was held in association with a pig roast and other stalls, including bottle stall and cake stall. President Rob thanked all those who had supported the event, especially Mr. Cole, of the Cresselly Arms, on whose land the event was held; also Bruce Jackson and the Narberth Canoe Club, who released and retrieved the ducks. All proceeds from the event will go to Rotary charities.
