Tenby's inshore lifeboat was launched at 10.30 am on Tuesday morning after a raft was spotted by Pendine Firing Range drifting off one of their danger zone marker buoys (DZ2). The ILB located the raft and went alongside, but there was no one on board. The ILB then towed the craft to Pendine Beach, where it was handed to Pendine Range police.
