DO you have bored teenagers at home on wet weekends - if so, Span Arts in Narberth have an unusual drama course coming up that may interest them.
For five Saturdays, starting on February 23, youngsters from 8 to 14 can learn how to make pictures with sound.
Dramatist, writer and broadcaster Derek Webb will be leading a project to make a play for radio with young people in Narberth which will take place at their building on Saturday mornings. The subject and story will be decided at the first session, and parts will be allocated, so you will need to book for all five sessions.
The series will include writing, rehearsing and recording the play, and all participants will take home a CD of the finished play.
This course would suit all youngsters who have acting ambitions and would provide evidence of their abilities for future use.
