Drainage problems along Tenby's Slippery Back need to be addressed, a town councillor claimed this week.
Clr. Trevor Hallett told fellow members of Tenby Town Council at their meting on Tuesday night, that he was concerned over problems with a blocked drainage system in the area, which he believed could increase the chances of flooding along the road.
"Pembrokeshire County Council need to maintain the drainage system at Slippery Back better, before it becomes quite dangerous," he said. "The cemetery is one of the town assets and it needs to be looked after thoroughly."
Clr. Mike Evans said that the town council had a good relationship with county council's maintenance department and that the problem would be addressed quickly.
