Dr Helen Munro, a Consultant in Sexual Health at #Pembroke Dock Health Centre, is taking on the 1.2-mile swim, 70-mile cycle and half marathon at The Long Course Weekend 2025 to raise funds for the paediatric services at #Glangwili Hospital

Dr Munro, who is a Consultant in Sexual Health at the Health Centre will be doing the full Long Course Weekend in June 2025, which takes place in and around Tenby once again, over three-days, for Hywel Dda Health Charities.

She explained: “When my daughter, Eilidh, was four years old, she was diagnosed with a cholesteatoma, a benign tumour deep in her ear. She had to have several operations under general anaesthetic to remove it and had a titanium implant to try and help restore her hearing.

“Eilidh was always amazingly brave, mum and dad not so much.

“A huge thank you to all the amazing staff who looked after us over the years,” she added.
