A NEW BBC Three series is looking for couples who are expecting their first baby.

Dads.. are you going to be a first time father? Would you like to be more involved in the birth?

"Ideally we are looking for couples who are about three to four months currently," said a spokesperson for the show, which is being brought to you by the same people as Junior Doctors.

"The idea of the show is that we get the father a lot more involved with the pregnancy. Various reports state that if the father is involved more throughout the pregnancy period, it promotes a happier family life from the start.

"Fathers can often feel excluded during this time.

"On our show he will be taught everything he needs to know by professional midwives. He will then join the delivery team for the birth of their first child."
