The cold winter weather, flu, and regular worshippers visiting friends in other parts of the country, somewhat curtailed the numbers in the congregation, but a few visitors joined for the morning service.
The worship time was led, and the sermon given by Mr. Chris Llewellyn. Jan, his wife, was the accompanist.
Several topical items and prayers were shared by the members of the church. Chris reminded the congregation of the little information we know about Joseph, Mary's wife, the mother of Jesus.
He stressed the quality of the character of Joseph, as written in Matthew's gospel, and the importance of the role of parents in bringing up children. He left the congregation with the question as to the way the church could help guiding parents in this important task.
On Sunday, January 4, the 10.45 am service will be led by Mr. Jeff Morgan, a member of the Pembrokeshire Baptist Teaching Team.
