Twenty-three-year-old Thomas Sinclair, of Flat 5, 11 Hamilton Lane, is accused of acquiring an aeroplane rental, marquee rental, lifting platform, promotional flyers and goods by deception.
He is also charged with being a director of the Evolution Experience, Milford Haven, having been declared bankrupt in the past.
The case was adjourned, but is due to come back before the court to determine whether it will be dealt with at crown court at a later date.
