A Tenby man is to deny a charge of causing death by dangerous driving, a judge heard on Friday.

Nathan James Morris, aged 23, of Heywood Court, made a preliminary hearing at Swansea Crown Court before Judge John Diehl.

Morris is accused of causing the death of Gavin Collier in Penally on February 17 by driving dangerously.

His barrister, Ieuan Rees, said Morris would enter a plea of not guilty at a plea and case management hearing on September 24.

Judge Diehl said the charge was a serious one, but he would grant Morris bail until the next hearing.

So many people attended the hearing, there were not enough seats for them.
