On July 2, Pembrokeshire Dance Academy held its first International Dance Teachers Association Exam session.
IDTA examiner Pauline Kellet travelled down from Cheshire and the academy pupils from Tenby and Pembroke presented the exam syllabus they had all been working hard on throughout the school year.
It was a long, nerve-wracking, and exciting day for both pupils and Academy principals Eleanor Rees and Claire Macare, but it was all worth it when the results came through in September, especially for the Tenby Primary Modern Dance Class, who all achieved honours the highest mark possible.
The principals would like to take this chance to thank all the pupils and their families for all the hard work and support they have given and look forward to another successful year!
There are new beginners ballet and street dance classes taking place at the Tenby branch on Saturdays.
