This term, the children are learning about 'people who help us', and so far, have had visits by Mrs. Sheila Banks, the lollipop lady, PC Dave Henry, and Lee Simmons with the Narberth Fire Service. Cylch Meithrin Arberth is a Welsh medium playgroup for children from two-and-a-half to school age and sessions are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9.15 -11.45 am. Cylch Meithrin Arberth recently held a Hallowe'en party, during which they drew their grand raffle. They raised £929.50, which was match-funded by Barclays Bank, raising a total of £1,679.50 which they are going to use to develop the language, literacy and communication of the children within the cylch. A huge thank you to all local businesses who donated prizes and especially to Jenny Webb and Barclays Bank for the match-funding.
