The introduction of more cycle racks in Tenby should be encouraged, believes a town councillor. Giving her views on the issue at Tuesday night's meeting of the council, in response to a letter received from CTC Right to Ride representative, Mr. Paul Rich, Clr. Mrs. Caroline Thomas hoped that Pembrokeshire County Council could 'speed up' the process of introducing the racks so as to encourage more cyclists into the town. Clr. Mrs. Thomas also suggested that Mr. Rich's letter should be forwarded to the county council, while Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane acknowledged that some cycle racks had already started to be put up. Members also agreed that Mr. Rich should be updated on any developments.
