Two girls got cut off by the incoming tide between Monkstone and Saundersfoot on Tuesday evening. Tenby's inshore lifeboat was launched to go to the aid of the pair shortly before 6.30 pm, but before its arrival, they managed to get to the safety of Saundersfoot Harbour.
