With excellent local representation in the form of five players from both Narberth and Whitland and Darren Rees, Sion Brace, Lee Tucker, Scott Payne, Chris 'Cone' James and Anthony Griffiths from Tenby United, a young Pembs. side came from 10-3 down to record an excellent 18-10 win over a very experienced Cardiganshire outfit at Haverfordwest on Wednesday evening.

The visitors where drawn mainly from Newcastle Emlyn, Llandovery and Cardigan and under the watchful eye of their coach, ex-Neath skipper Kevin Phillips, were expecting to record an away victory.

Coach Kenny Davies was well pleased with the performance of his young side and is eagerly looking forward to progressing in a competition previously won by Pembrokeshire on three occasions.
