A 35-YEAR-OLD from Carmarthen who committed assault and damage to property at Tenby has been bailed to appear in court this June.

Kerry Mayne, of Trem y Coleg, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, May 26, pleaded guilty to an assault by beating at Tenby on May 9 and criminal damage to potted plants belonging to Tenby House Hotel on May 10.

Mayne was remanded on unconditional bail pending sentencing at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court, which has been scheduled for June 23.

Also bailed to appear at a later date (June 16) was James Bevan, 52, of Haverfordwest, having pleaded guilty to stalking without fear / alarm / distress at Haverfordwest, and possession of a lock knife in public at Portfield.
