A WOMAN from Pembroke Dock has been sentenced after stealing bottles of Jamesons Whiskey from ASDA.

Lisa Stewart, of London Road, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 28, where she pleaded guilty to the theft of three bottles, worth £75.

Taking the guilty plea into account, the 44-year-old was made subject to a community order, lasting 12 months, requiring her to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments, or to participate in any required activity up to a maximum of 15 days.

She was also ordered to pay compensation of £75 in addition to a fine of £100, costs to Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services.
