A PEMBROKE Dock man has pleaded guilty to theft by finding and fraud by false representation.
Alfie Shelley, of Laws Street, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Thursday, March 26.
The 27-year-old stole £75 belonging to an individual at Pembroke Dock on April 19 and committed fraud by dishonestly making a false representation intending to cause the individual loss.
Shelley was dealt a 12-month community order, supervised by Haverfordwest Court requiring him to attend appointments, or to participate in any activity as required by the responsible officer up to a maximum of 10 days.
He was fined £162 and also ordered to pay compensation of £75, plus costs of £200. Magistrates took the guilty plea into account when sentencing.
