A PEMBROKE Dock man was given a suspended sentence and two-year driving ban when he appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 31.
On September 27, 2025 at Pembroke Dock, Tony Bundrett, of Kavanagh Court, unlawfully took a Vauxhall Astra, causing reckless damage to it. He drove it on Bush Street without a valid driving licence or third party insurance and when the proportion in his blood of Benzoylecgonine, a controlled drug, exceeded the specified limit.
The 21-year-old pleaded guilty to all charges. He was handed a 24-month driving ban and an 18-week custodial sentence, suspended for 24 months. In addition to these, he was ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £85 in costs.
