The Community Care/Children's Services Plan, which sets out the joint agency strategic plan for the health and wellbeing for the people of Pembrokeshire, is now available for public inspection.
Pembrokeshire's strategic vision is the continuous improvement of the health and wellbeing of the county's population by ensuring that communities have proper access to quality services, which promote their independence and welfare, enhance their life chances and meet their individual needs.
A high emphasis is placed on the priority to be given to the needs of the most vulnerable people in communities.
It has been produced in close consultation with users, carers, providers and voluntary sector forums established through Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services.
