Division One

Leaders Carew had a comfortable six wickets win at home to Saundersfoot after dismissing the visitors for 125.

Yannick Parker (45), James Caine (32) and Simon Stanford (25) made vital contributions for the visitors but lacked support.

For Carew all rounder Simon Wood took 4-30, Robert Scourfield 3-12 and Rhys Davies 3-25.

Simon Wood had a good all round match and he scored 62 and shared a third wicket partnership of 80 with Nick Scourfield (34) to take Carew to 126-4.

Cresselly cruised to a seven wickets win away to Whitland who collapsed from being 120-2 to be bowled out for 137.

Richard Harris took 4-27 and spinner Ryan Lewis 3-41.

Opener Paul Webb with 43 including six fours and one six had a lively third wicket partnership of 87 with Matthew Davies who hit ten fours in an innings of 46.

Cresselly scored 138-3 in reply with Simon Cole scoring 55 and Andrew Harris 42.

St Ishmaels scored 184-9 away to Narberth with Stewart Kimpton (43), Peter Bradshaw (33), Andrew Pawlett with 30 from nine deliveries including four sixes and Andrew Williams (29no) getting most of the runs.

Narberth were bowled out for 150 in reply with Michael Scale top scoring on 20 as Andrew Pawlett followed up his quick fire runs to take 4-28.

Although the consistent Nathan Banner scored 50 and Leigh Marchant 22, Herbrandston were bowled out for 116 away to Haverfordwest as Avron Roulstone took 6-40.

A second wicket partnership of 96 between Simon Holliday (61no) and Karl Rhead (41) took Harfat to a winning total of 117-2.

At last the Lawrenny batsmen found some form and consistent batting down the order produced 209-9 for the team away to Neyland.

James Buckle scored 60 with four sixes and five fours supported by Hugh Griffiths (40), Steve Lewis (39) and Brad Jenkins (27).

Spinner Andrew Miller took 4-64 for Neyland who batted out the last three overs to salvage a draw on 161-9.

Gareth Virgo top scored with 76 and Patrick Bellerby supported with 30.

Division Two

Carew Seconds had a nine wickets win away to Burton who scored 184-8.

Luke Hayman (31), Richard Jones (30), David Lewis (24no) and James Scale (24) each made useful contributions as skipper Christian Phillips took 3-25 for the visitors.

Phillips was also in the runs and hit 15 fours in a match winning innings of 93no supported by Ben Evans (42) and Tom Davies (38no).

Cresselly Seconds lost but remain in second place after going down by four wickets at home to Haverfordwest Seconds.

Nigel Delaney (56) and Mark Cross (30) were the main contributors to a Haverfordwest Seconds total of 140-6 as the whole hearted Sam Harts took 3-36.

Although Iwan Izzard scored 34, Cresselly Seconds were dismissed for138 as James Morris took 5-27.

Rob Weston scored 50 but Pembroke were bowled out for 142 at home to Llangwm as Andrew Brock took 6-27 and Andrew Harris 4-25.

Fine Batting by Luke Brock (64) and William Beresford (31) took the visitors to a total of 143-3 for a seven wickets win.

Whitland Seconds reached 185 before being bowled out away to Johnston as Edward John scored 73 and Steve Fraser 50 as the pair added 111 for the second wicket.

For Johnston Steve Mills took 5-52 and Nathan James 3-41.

Lee Summons scored 74 and John Summons 25 but Johnston were bowled out for 161 as David Dunfee took 3-32 and Iestyn Scourfield 3-34.

Division Three

Leaders Pembroke Dock kept ahead of the chasing pack with a four wickets win at home to Johnston Seconds who scored 188-6. Steve James (63), Richard James (45), Liam James (33) and Gary Stephens got the runs for the visitors.

A solid first wicket stand of 80 between Jacob Davies (75) and Glyn Griffiths (42) provided the foundation for a Dock total of 190-6 with support from Luc Barford in a powerful innings of 46 from just 22 balls with three sixes and five fours.

Andrew Lewis took 3-40 for the visitors.

Stackpole held on to second place after getting the majority of the points in a drawn game at home to Hundleton.

There were two centurions in a Stackpole total of 253-2 as Richard Mackay scored 103no and Josh Davies 101.

The reliable Jonathon Williams scored 55 to secure a draw for Hundleton who finished on 167-8 but all rounder Simon Bevan had a fine bowling spell for Stackpole to finish with 7-27.

Third placed Crymych had a five wickets win at home to Lamphey who reached 152-9 after recovering from 28-4 as Hywel Gibbs scored 68no with 11 fours.

Dai Jones took 4-26 and Rob Nicholas 3-18 for Crymych who reached 153-5.

Skipper Eurig Lewis scored 51 from 24 balls with three sixes and seven fours and shared a third wicket match winning partnership of 71 with Rhydian Wyn (22). Gary Nicholas maintained the momentum with a breezy 33no.

Narberth Seconds were bowled out for 116 away to Llechryd as Alex Harding took 4-19 for the home team. A number of Narberth batsmen got double figures but apart form Aron Keane (28), no other batsman passed 20.

Llechryd won by six wickets with a total of 118-4 as John Curran scored 56 and left hander Steve Smith 44.

Alun Phillips took 3-35 for the visitors.

Division Four

Leaders Carew Thirds crashed to their first defeat of the season away to Llangwm Seconds after being dismissed for 115 in reply to a Llangwm total of 163 all out.

Martyn Inward was in the runs again for the Llangwm team with 56 supported by Huw Brock with 21.

Mick Dabbs took 4-33 and Matthew Whitfield 3-51.

Although Joe Kidney scored 53 with ten fours and Adam Hughes (29), a return of 3-23 from Josh Davies and 3-39 by Martyn Inward resulted in the visitors falling short of the Llangwm total.

Kilgetty had an opening stand of 163 at home to Camrose and Spittal after Gareth Edwards scored 125no with 20 fours and Peter Hall 67.

The Kilgetty innings ended on 238-4 and the visitors were looking good at 160 when Gareth Loveridge was the third wicket to fall having scored 73 with 12 fours and two sixes.

Although Matt Williams scored 38 and Phil Rees 23, skipper Anthony Bevan triggered a collapse with a 6-42 spell and Rob Beynon took 3-42 so that the visitors capitulated to be bowled out for 177.

Neyland Seconds were bowled out for 65 away to Lawrenny Seconds as leg spinner Phil Cole took 4-4.

Lawrenny Seconds won by nine wickets with Jonathan Mathias 44no.

St Ishmaels Seconds reached 214-9 at home to Pembroke Seconds after Robert Cockburn scored 72 and Daniel Flynn 28.

Dai Jones took 4-50 and Don Patel 3-53.

Colin Kaijaks scored 27 but Pembroke Seconds were bowled out for 107 as David Salter took 6-20 and Daniel Flynn 3-26.

Division Five

Cresselly Thirds were bowled out for 78 at home to Whitland Thirds who won by five wickets but the Cresselly team remain top of the table.

Huw Evans scored 20 in the Cresselly total. There were four run outs and two wickets each for Ashley Evans and Geraint Phillips.

Peter Wright held the Whitland innings together with 34 and the visitors reached 79-5 despite the efforts of Huw Evans (3-32).

Narberth Thirds were unable to raise a team for their fixture at home to Llechryd Seconds.

St Florence scored 133-8 away to Herbrandston Seconds after a fine innings of 48no by Neil Powling supported by Alun Evans with 30 as Paul Nicholas took 5-42 for the Herbie team.

In the Herbrandston reply, Paul Nicholas scored 28, Johnny Lewis and Nick Woodrow both scored 26 and although the last pair added 25, the Herbie team were bowled out for 126 as Alun Evans took 5-34 and Ashley Smith 3-24.

In an exciting game at Saundersfoot, the visitors Haverfordwest Fourths collapsed from 96-4 to be bowled out for 110 as Chris Parker took 7-25.

Paul Jenkins scored 48 and Adam Raymond 23 but there were no other batsmen in double figures.

Only two Saundersfoot batsmen reached double figures. Chris Hawkes led the way with 57 and Jamie Morgan had a useful knock of 18 as Tim Moss took 4-19 and Gemma Phillips 2-17 but the Saundersfoot side won by two runs with a total of 112-8.

Division Six

Runaway leaders and champions elect St Clears declared after reaching 180-6 away to Llanrhian Thirds after Martin Thomas scored 77 and Ian Thomas 50no.

Ben Sutton took 3-10 in seven tight overs for Llanrhian Thirds who were bowled out for 41 as Alum Thomas took 6-15.

Lamphey Seconds held on to a draw at 110-8 in reply to a Pembroke Dock Seconds total of 138-7.

For the visitors Chris Boyett scored 25 and all rounder John Davies 22 as Haydn Cole took 3-15 and Maldwyn Llewellyn 3-28 for the Lamphey team.

Lewys Pennington took 3-25 for the visitors but good batting by Giuseppe Trimarco with 36 supported by the experienced Haydn Cole with 17 enabled Lamphey to pick up some draw points.

Hundleton Seconds were bowled out for 99 at home to Stackpole Seconds after Paul Edwards scored 42 and Steve Williams 24.

Phil Tallett (6-25) and James Adie (3-24) had the wickets for the visitors.

James Adie was also on form with the bat and his innings of 45 set up a four wickets win for the visitors who reached 100-6.
