There was a great match played last week between the RFC A and Parcylan A, with the Rugby Club coming out on top with a close 5-4 win. Adam Kelly, of the Parcylan, commented that it was an honour to be part of such a good-spirited and high-quality match. After this result, the Taf move back to top spot after a big win over the Ivy Bush B. The Ivy Bush A fared better after beating the RAOB A, while the Angel Llan chalked up their first whitewash of the season against the RAOB B. The Plash recorded a fine win over Lawrenny Arms, while there was a last game win for the Glandy Cross over the Dragon. The other result saw the in- form RFC B beat the Parcylan B well. Achievements on the night came from Simon Marklew (Angel) 19 darts, Stuart Hughes (Parcylan A) 17 darts, Jeff Jones (RFC A) 17 darts and a 180, Gavin Smith (RFC A) 20 darts, Lee and Andrew Pearce (Parcylan A) 19 darts, Martin Thomas (Taf) 19 darts, and a fine 14-darter from Ray Spencer (Taf).
