A complaint against the Mayor of Tenby is to be dropped by a town councillor.

Clr. Mike Thorne had lodged a complaint with the clerk to the council ahead of their last meeting, claiming that the Mayor, Clr. Mrs. Sue Lane, had breached the 'Code of Conduct' with the way she chaired meetings.

Clr. Thorne had stated that he was even going to complain directly to the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales, but at Tuesday night's meeting of the council, he told members that he was not going to pursue the complaint and that he had been encouraged by comments during discussion on the matter at the last meeting.
