Templebar Inn, Amroth raises £1,171 for Guide Dogs Cymru

Members of the Pembrokeshire Fundraising Group of Guide Dogs Cymru wish to express sincere thanks to Mr Ian Wilkins of the Templebar Inn, Amroth, for a fantastic donation of £1,171.90, the result of bingo and quiz nights during the month of September. 

In accepting the donation, group organiser Eva Rich extended grateful thanks to Ian for supporting Guide Dogs again this year, and to the quiz masters who work so hard and all those who attended the bingo and quiz nights raising such a marvellous total. 

Ian supports a different charity each month, raising thousands of pound throughout the year, and Guide Dogs are always grateful for his continued support. 

Members of the Pembrokeshire Group have supported the quizzes during September, and Adge and his guide dog Skip have attended each week; unfortunately Skip wasn’t much help with the quiz questions!  However, whilst the group didn’t win they didn’t come last either.
