When warning signals are displayed - red flags by day and red lamps by night - do not cross the range boundary, regardless of the timings. Range boundaries are marked by red and white poles.
Red flags and red lamps indicate that live firing is taking place within the range boundaries. Do not enter the danger area when in use, this could result in loss of life.
The sea danger area extends 3Nm west between Great Furznip and Linney Head, and 5Nm south between Linney Head and St Govan’s Head.
Do not touch any military debris, it may be dangerous. Instead, note the location and inform a Senior Training Safety Officer (STSO) on 07973 689909 or the police.
