SUNDAY, July 26 sees Saundersfoot Methodist Church celebrate its 134th anniversary.
The chapel was opened in 1892 on land leased from Picton Castle Estate for a 99 year term at an annual rent of 5d (later converted to 3p). Before the chapel was built, the local Wesleyan Methodist Society used to meet in a loft above a stable.
Rev’d Lorette Hinson will lead the anniversary service at 11am.
A warm welcome is extended to all.
