Discussions around speed and pedestrian safety in Llanteg have been held by local councillors.

At a recent meeting of Amroth Community Council, Cllr James queried the pedestrian crossing in Llanteg following comments from concerned residents. He was disappointed that no consultation had been carried out with local people and not even Pembrokeshire County Council had been informed.

The Clerk will also request a copy of the risk assessment from SWRTA siting transparency around public safety; and also query the decision on installing an uncontrolled crossing when research states that they are unsuitable for large traffic volume roads.

The Clerk will also contact Dyfed Powys Police to ask how many speed tickets have been issued following the speed van being located in the hall car park.
