To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Rotary International, the Rotary Club of Narberth and Whitland presented a decorative metal seat to Whitland community. President Jean Watson officially handed over the seat to Whitland's Mayor, Clr. Con Harries, in a short ceremony outside Grosvenor House, where the seat has now been sited. The seat was crafted by Tim Phillips, of Llawhaden, and contains five Rotary roundels. Photographed standing behind the seat are, from left, Mayor Con Harries, President Jean Watson, Tim Phillips, Clr. Val Phillips, Deputy Mayor Ron Jenkins and County Councillor Jimmy Morgan.
