Comedy Club returns to the Queen’s Hall, Narberth, on Thursday, October 12, with one of the most sought-after performers on the international comedy circuit; Alistair Barrie, multi award-winning Welsh comedian; Matt Rees and Abigoliah Schamaun; a seasoned regular on the comedy circuit.
October’s headliner is the hilarious Alistair Barrie; considered ‘one of the circuit’s classiest stand-ups’, he is guaranteed to make this night an unforgettable one.
Barrie has worked all over the world, including on a ship in the North Sea and at the world’s highest gig on top of a mountain in France. He has also performed in some of the country’s most prestigious theatres, including The Bloomsbury, The Manchester Opera House and many more. He has written for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Radio 4 and many other comedians.
Joining Barrie is the rising star; Matt Rees, who has quickly established himself on the stand-up circuit. The 22-year-old has won a host of awards, including Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2012, Welsh Unsigned Stand-Up Award 2011 and many more.
Compere for the evening is Abigoliah Schaumann; a London based comic. A dazzling performer, Abigoliah captivates the crowd with her endearing demeanour, cutting wit and skilfully crafted material. Schamaun’s autobiographical style is often truly shocking, engaging, and delivered with deft timing. She has had international success touring all over the world.
Bring your mates or your dates along for an evening brimming with comical talent, fun, food and that feelgood factor.
